About our School

Oakvalley School is a co-educational, specialist day and residential school, providing high quality education for boys and girls aged 8-19. Based in Cumbria, the school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils who have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.

Our school building and grounds offer so much opportunity for our young people to develop skills and experience in a wide range of areas. We want every pupil to enjoy their time at Oakvalley and realise their full potential.
